The meeting began on Friday afternoon with a guided tour of the Hessian State Museum. During the subsequent dinner, there were numerous opportunities for technical discussions as well as for exchanging personal and professional experiences. With the participation of ten current doctoral researchers and staff members, further opportunities arose for direct dialogue between former and current members of the chair.

On Saturday, the group took a short walk to the institute, where the alumni received an overview of the current test rigs and research activities of the Chair of Fluid Systems during a hall tour.
