The annual NFDI4Ing conference, organized by the TU Braunschweig, will take place on September 27 and 28, 2021. Save the date!

In May 2021, Dr.-Ing. John Friesen successfully defended his doctoral thesis on “Modeling and Analysis of Informal Urban Settlements for Infrastructural Planning”.

“Mastering Uncertainty in Mechanical Engineering” is the title of the book presented at the ICUME conference. The publication was created at the end of the Collaborative Research Center 805, combines all main results from 12 years of research and will soon be available as an open access book from Springer.

We are glad to announce that our paper “Slip length of branched hydrocarbon oils confined between iron surfaces” was published in the Journal of Molecular Liquids.
